In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a young and creative (civil engineer) architect who is a team player and who has enough experience and ambition to take the lead in the architecture of our projects. In addition to your architectural skills, you dispose of a commercial flavour to convince our prospective clients and customers, and also have creative ideas to attract prospective clients and customers: as such, you are interested and able to play a key role in the marketing and commercialisation of our projects and our company.

ALINSO’s offices are located in Zwijnaarde, nearby Ghent, in Belgium.

Job description

-              Drawing of proposals of plans of our projects;

-              Managing of all kinds of architectural aspects of our projects;

-              Development of cost favourable and innovative architecture;

-              Assist in commercial negotiations with prospects customers and third party services;

-              Playing a key role in the marketing and commercialisation of our projects;

-              Playing a key role in ALINSO’s corporate branding

Profile

-              We are looking for applicants with a master’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.

-              You like to work in a highly professional and demanding environment.

-              You are ambitious, proactive and think out of the box.

-              Fluent in English is a valuable asset.

-              Team player, flexible, punctual and excellent organisational skills.
