Location
Eiland Zwijnaarde is located alongside the R4 (ringroad around the city of Ghent) in the southern part of Ghent, surrounded by three rivers. The highway E40 divides the business park in a northern and a soutern part. The location will have a direct access to and exit from the R4 ringroad.

Project type
This project is a Public Private Partnership of Alinso NV with the City of Ghent, the AG Stadsontwikkelingsbedrijf Gent, the Provinciale Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij (POM), the Province of Eastern Flanders (Provincie Oost-Vlaanderen), and Waterwegen en Zeekanaal NV having as purpose the development of a mixed regional business park.

Alongside the Zwijnaarde Canal, water bound activities will be allocated and knowledgebound activities and offices will be allocated alongside the Tijarm river. The land in the middle will be allocated to logistic activities.
